Shipping & Returns
AVSeeker.co.uk uses a number of different methods (outlined below) to delivery orders to its customers.
We currently deliver to the UK only. We hope to deliver to the rest of Europe very soon.
An email is received when an order has been dispatched and will contain a tracking number for all orders over the value of £25.00.
Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched that same day. All orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched next working day. We do not ship any order on a Saturday or Sunday. All orders ship Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
All orders include FREE shipping as we absorb the cost for you. We use the following postal services.
Royal Mail 1st Class (orders under £25)
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (orders over £25 and under £80)
Interlink Express (orders over £80)
Returns Information
The returns procedure for your product depends on how long it is since you bought it.
To initiate the returns process you must click the "Order Returns" link at the top of the "Orders" page under the "My account" section.
Please include the returns leaflet when returning your item. This leaflet will be emailed to you once the returns request has been submitted to us and it will contain an RMA number that must be placed on the outside of the returned parcel also.
We also advise that you get a receipt when returning your item by post.
AVSeeker.co.uk will not pay the postal fee for the return item however we will pay for the replacement item shipping fees.
Less than 14 days
If you are unhappy with the product you purchased from us online; and provided you haven't used it or opened it, you can return it to us for a full refund. This should be done within 14 days of receipt of the product. This is in accordance with and exceeds the Distance Sales Regulations requirement.
Less than 30 days
If your product becomes faulty within the first 30 days of purchase, then you are entitled to a fully boxed replacement product or a refund - whichever you prefer. To avail of either a refund or a new replacement product, you must send your accessory back to us.
More than 30 days
If your product becomes faulty after 30 days and it is within the warranty period applicable to the product, you can return it to us provided the fault is not excluded under the terms of the warranty, we will give you an immediate replacement.
As a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
